  • Door Knocking
    Door knocking is the GREATEST form of lead generation in this industry, so you MUST be okay with door knocking houses that are surrounding leads and roof installs and meeting quotas. This includes residential houses and walking into businesses, to talk with business owners and local businesses.
  • Networking

    Since it is a sales position, talking with Strangers is a given. Going beyond that is networking with multiple different professionals and attending networking events to build up a pipeline of recurring customers.

  • Lifting up to 60lbs
    We will need someone strong enough to lift at least 60lbs.
  • Ladder-Use
    Able to use and walk up a ladder as well as mounting and dismounting a ladder to get on and off a roof.
  • Comfortable with Heights
    We service all types of buildings, so it can be 2+ story buildings
  • Must Have Reliable Transportation
    We do not give out company cars for this position, so you must have reliable transportation, a truck is preferred but not required.
  • Traveling is Required
    Along with reliable transportation, traveling goes hand in hand. Whether it be traveling to an appointment that is in the surrounding area, or a Natural Disaster hit, traveling is required to go and help out who was impacted by the storms.
  • Must be Tech Savvy
    We use multiple types of technology throughout our sales process (CRM, photo apps, quoting software, etc…)
  • Smart Phone Required
    Since the majority of items will need to be completed in the field, this will require internet access.
  • Possible Weekend Work
    You may occasionally work Saturday, normally in a group setting.

Pay Structure
This is a base salary + Commission W2 sales job. There is no “max” amount of money you can make, actually, the more you sell, the better your incentives get. The sky's the limit when it comes to your paycheck

  • Base salary of $40-$50K/yr

Hitting the sales quotas that we require and following our sales blueprint, you will easily be making 6 figures. The best part is, if you do this correctly and efficiently, you should be working less than a 40 hour work week.
