I cannot say enough about the Magnum team. I live in Chicago and was helping my aunt (who lives in FL) coordinate a roofing inspection. Matt Frey, licensed roofer, came out to inspect the roof within 2 days. He delivered a quality inspection and gave reasonable recommendations for minor fixes. When we asked him to do the work, he came back the very next day to complete the job. He was very responsive, honest, and completed quality work. We will recommend Magnum to everyone looking for a roofer! And the woman who works in the office also provides great customer service. Matt Frey has a great roofing company and the guys were workers . The temperature was in the 90’s and they worked from 8am till 8pm . Travis helped us tremendously in getting the best deal for material and cost for a new roof, even if we are out of town, he is really dependable! He was patient to explain the whole process and did numerous follow ups for our roof replacement project this year.
