Manufacturer's Warranty
Your representative will go over each manufacturer’s warranty with you. These warranties are 25 years to LifeTime depending on manufacture and roof system.
Labor Workmanship Warranty
Magnum Roofing & Restoration offers a up to a 10 year workmanship warranty which covers any leaks or problems that may arise from the installation of a new roofing system. If a leak is due to improper installation we will over cost of material and labor to complete repairs.
If you are selling the house within 1 year we will allow a 1 time transfer of warranty to the new homeowner.
